HOMA (Alliance for Iranian LGBTQI+ Justice) is an independent, community-based organization that supports Iranian LGBTQI+ individuals and feminist communities in their pursuit of awareness, solidarity, and justice.
Our work focuses on the following areas:
Education and Empowerment
We create educational, artistic, and creative content to foster awareness, self-expression, and safe spaces for learning and growth.
Media and Digital Space
We strengthen safe and meaningful online presence by offering platforms for connection, experience-sharing, and mutual support.
Research and Storytelling
We document lived experiences and preserve the collective memory of Iranian queer and feminist movements in exile and beyond.
Solidarity and Networking
We build connections with international groups and institutions to amplify the voices of Iranian women and the LGBTQI+ community on a global level.
Community Support
We support grassroots initiatives and projects that promote independence, social connection, and self-organization within Iranian women’s and LGBTQI+ communities.
Together, we envision a future where queer lives are free, visible, and valued.
